Where is your current assignment and what are some of your favorite places you’ve been to during this assignment? If you are currently taking a break from traveling, what city was your favorite assignment was in, along with top sites to see?
Thedacare in Neenah, Wisconsin. Whenever I’m on contracts in the Milwaukee area I love to check out new breakfast places after work with my husband’s family down there. One of our favorites is Honey Butter Cafe in Franklin.
What do you love most about working with TotalMed and/or your recruiter?
Ellen is super kind, extremely supportive, and always responds quickly even when I text or call her at ridiculous times.
Why did you decide to go into travel healthcare?
Initially it just worked better for my family when our son wasn’t in daycare so I could make my own schedule that worked around my husband’s schedule.
What is your top tip for fellow travelers?
Always make sure to have a plan and a back-up plan for housing before signing a contract.
